Because SE caters now to the (E)RP/casual/afk community, take a look around the mod community, they can do whatever they want with the client and also sync their mods/options with others with Mare, basically there is no need to even release glams anymore.

Yoshida is NOT one of the devas. I think he's a regular guy, actually. Speaking of which, you can say the same with mice and keyboards that have built in macro features. What about offbrand PS4/5 controllers that have those same features? Where is 3rd party websites such as discord and eurekatracker in this situation? Of course you should outlaw obvious mods that cheapen the fight such as camera hacks, the ones that show you untelegraphed AoEs, the one that shows you where traps are in DD, ect. but I seriously doubt texture hacks will suddenly change your PvE game.
