So far each patch of 6.x is more trash that the one before it. Why people willing to take such trash?
I get that new players got some old content they maybe can do. But older players gets nothing that lasting more that a weak.....
What you think can save solve this problem?
As for "just stop play" when this month sub runs out I don't pay for more. May be return in 7.x if blue protocol will be a fail.

Just two more months until the next one is announced! You just need to pay $26. In comparison, a movie with popcorn costs $30+. A night at the strip club can cost even more. And don’t get me started with those $70+ games. We’re all hyped for the future patch. Me, personally? I’m enjoying 6.35. There’s new items, a new DD, new characters, and most importantly? It’s the same old game we all know and love, so I can just do Crystal Tower over and over again. Take that, WoW! Did you know that World of Warcraft cut half of their playable content? FFXIV isn’t like that! You can play through everything! That’s what makes us the best MMO right now. And who doesn’t like to finish a game and then move on? FFXIV respects our time. I can play for an hour or so on the weekends and then resume my other games. In fact, you don’t even need to play to continue your sub. You can just log on for 5 minutes a day, that’s all you have to do. It’s not that much of a hardship to keep subbed. And still, there’s SO much to do. Where’s your Big Fish? Your Necromancer? Why don’t you have all of the mounts? Your Lodestone shows that you haven’t even gotten 100% of the achievements. Why are you complaining about lack of content? Honestly, I’ll never be bored of FFXIV, this is easily the best game ever and I wish I could tip the developers when paying my sub.

Game it is going down the hill. The silent majority it knowing this and abandon game for famous MMO Diablo Immoral. Is afraid to speaking the truth because of persecutor from the forum paladin and the twitter croud. Guild it speaking up and try the course correction but it is not work. Dynamis is ghost city. Housing is fail. Why must chara have the sub to be having the house. Now chara who hate game must keep sub to hold house or player who want house and want to play game will take it away. Is not fair. Yeah...I mean, don't get me wrong. I've had more than my fair share of bones to pick, but I don't use the word "lazy" lightly. I may say something similar at times though because I may feel that not enough effort was put into something, but there is always at least some effort goes into things. Whether I agree with the implementation or not may be whole other story. I also never claim that there is no content because that is, by all accounts, false no matter how anyone slices it. I may not like my options at times, but I know it's there. It might come as a shock to some around here, but there are those among us who know when, where and how to pick our battles.
