I'm starting to wish SE would do it just so I could read the complaints when players still get Crystal Tower 95% of the time.
What if we had a minimum item level per tier? Like if the person queuing is level 80 have it give them the minimum item level for the highest raid they have unlocked for their level.
Or just separate the others into their own respective roulettes. Like ARR/HW Alliance Raid and SMB/SHB and above Alliance Raid. It seems fair to me.
People will still take gear off as they do, but at least you'd get something different.

At this point, they need to just completely revamp Labyrinth and Syrcus. I understand the need for players to do them over other raids because they're tied to the MSQ, but that doesn't mean they should be a face roll. I miss actually seeing mechanics in these dungeons.
Who is to say those should be revamped. Maybe the other ones should be nerfed. I get the time allowed in is astronomical. But maybe they think average should be 20 mins and so many CT keep alliance raids average at 20 mins.

ilvl sync won't put a stop to CT spam, because the lack of it isn't the primary cause.
ilvl cheesing happens, but it's almost certainly not the primary reason we get CT all the time. I'd argue it's the least impactful reason.
Tying CT to MSQ was one of the worst decisions. Now ilvl cheesers have a legit excuse. "It's not me, it's just CT is mandatory".

It wont stop being mostly CT runs in the roulette but a tighter ilvl synch will make those runs less of a face roll. Maybe all the CT haters would enjoy it more then now.
And they would be correct (besides the other draw ins CT raids have, it's not just MSQ).
