    SE had been banking on SEA moving over..but as their ping is worse to OCE than it is to JP...they didnt. And they wont. Very few moved their mains over to OCE................and it shows
    No wonder people don’t like long relic steps, they don’t have time to do relics around spending time constantly missing the point on the forums
