the TOS is never the problem, if people behaved better with others, there would be virtually no need for a ToS, no matter how much you thinks its restrictive etc, its there for a single reason, people are ....well, fill in the what they are. but if people werent people, we wouldnt need the ToS, so that falls on the shoulders of the others that we play with in any mmo. (not singling you out Raoabolic, just commenting on the comment before about the "restrictive" ToS from someone else)

I can get behind what you say in a way, but realistically you are asking for everyone (not just the internet) to be civil regardless if one person's civility is counterintuitive with another person's civility. Good luck with that one, I'll be waiting for that sweeping change any day now. Any day now...
