Mithras have snoots.

Some people liked to argue that they were covered in fur but the games graphics just couldn't show that, like moogles. And I think when asked the devs said something like "they are if you think they are" because lol who cares.

Asking for more customization options for Miqo'te so that they can better resemble Mithra is more productive than asking that female Hrothgar look like hairy Miqo'te, in my opinion.

Most awkward bit about those is that the claws are only present in our Racial Gear. And we can't get rid of the wristband that comes with it.

Racial features shouldn't be cosmetic. You wouldn't make Au Ra scales be something they'd have to superglue onto them with a racial shirt, would you? :s

[I know I jokingly thought about how a Fantasy/Scifi medical equipment could effect a specific area in layer levels, and the imagined how it'd work with subdermal things<And then seamlesly put it bacl together like if nothing, and then some reason dreamed that in a XIV race]

I get that many glamour items have claws including the Island Sanctuary Bracers with dyeable nails.

If the racial boots were paws, I would've glamour them into everything without a second thought. It's a nice compromise without needing to retroactively remodel every single piece of equipment of a designated slot. That said, I agree they could've at least have claws, it feels...uncanny they have human nails.

You know how people insist the Miqo'te are a replacement for the FF11 Mithra?
You know how even the game acknowledges a theory the Miqo'te come from a race called Mithra?

But he was right, what you are asking has nothing to do with the Hrothgar race, the Hrothgar are nothing like Mithras, it’s just not the same race and you are asking for it in the wrong thread, it’s a completely different topic and while nobody owns anything, it is a forum rule to stay on the topic of the threads and in this case Mithra =/= Hrothgar.

You could open another thread to discuss Mithra and the possibility of having them in game, nobody will stop you but this IS the wrong thread for it.

You're right, you're free to ask for all sorts of silly requests that go against both the design of the race and what the target audience actually wants, and also adds redundancy to the playable races since miqo'te already exist. Feel free to do it all you want, but don't come in here and shocked Pikachu face when people tell you your request is silly. What you said applies to yourself as well, you don't own the forum and people can disagree all they want,and if this upsets you so much you need to take a step away and reflect on life.
