Archeage.
Yes, yes, I knoooow! lol. The game was insanely P2W and Trino mismanaged the crap out of it. Not too sure how it's going with Kakao these days. Anyway, I absolutely love the world, the music, the different zones, being able to explore pretty much anywhere you can see. And then toss in the variety of houses/properties available, the farming, ocean sailing, treasure hunting, the open-world events/battles, music playing (and all those instruments <3), trade runs, fishing, dungeons, etc. I would do some PvP now and then with the guild, but I was pretty much just a PvE player, and I still loved it.
My friends all quit though, and I do feel like that's a game that's far more enjoyable with people. I have popped in now and then to check on my people, but sI don't tend to play much these days.
But yeah, guess the point would be that even Korean MMOs can have some really cool things about them.
On the flip side of this, I do still play XIV, but I feel like it's mainly out of habit at this point...and owning a house.I've never been overly wowed by the zones or music, I don't care much for the story, exploration isn't really a thing here, the overworld is practically dead, content has been on repeat for years now, there is a lot more...but I'll spare ya. Obviously there has been some stuff I enjoy, but overall, XIV to me is....fine, but it's definitely not one that I enjoy the most.

Most archage ppl play private server called archrage
