"Tous les heal malfaisance" (tous les= all the) or "useless heal malfaisance" don't mean anything to be honest.

My best guess is he wanted to say "useless heal malfaisante".

Malfaisant or Malfaisante for a girl/female kinda translate litterally to evil-doer but Evil is a more accurate translation I'd say. Implying you are doing bad/evil actions because you are a bad person.
Malfaisance is more like evildoing.

So something like "Useless bad (in a evil way) healer"

No not incovenience it's good to know. I wasn't aware since I never played with french subtitle (easier to find information in english).

As a French speaker myself I’m pretty sure you got it right, it’s probably a misspelled “use less Malefic”

More on my first run through the game as Healer, currently in HW. Did my roulette on WHM today, rolled Stone Vigil, immediately noticed the Tank was a Gladiator (didn't say anything, no DPS said anything so I figured they might be together or something) first pack I notice RPR is taking aggro and so am I, so I heal through it, anyways, we get to the first boss, still taking regular aggro even though he has Iron Will up. We hit the next pack and finally the RPR asks the Tank "are you using your AoE?" and I reply with "He has no Job Stone" to which the DPS are both obviously shocked, and hadn't noticed lol. Tank continues to single target mobs, and admits he hasn't played in 2 years and can't remember his combo's. So long story short, I healed through a Stone Vigil with a Jobless Tank who had no AoE usage, and nobody died.

Oh and he somehow accidentally clicked OFF his iron Will for the final boss.. my heals were pressured, couldn't really DPS much, but we made it through, somehow. I feel I need to brag, cause I always think I'm a mediocre Healer at best lol.

I'm not seriously angry at the Tank, but I wish I had the confidence to jump on the game after 2 years, immediately queue up a roulette as Tank and just fumble my way through without checking my gear, job quests, or even my skill bar and abilities.

that's not confidence my friend.... that's like... EXTREME stupidity and lack of respect for others time lmao, don't wish you did that ;P be glad you have common decency lol

SE really should change Closed Position's cd to 5s at least. It's so unnerving when you choose a partner and your coDNC after a few secs choose the very same person. Now you have to wait 30s to change a partner because ofc another DNC won't do it. No, Dance Partner buffs don't stack, STOP DOING IT!

Long ago i had this awkward run in Ridorana where there were 3 Dancers.. i was the non Dancer and for some reason all 3 picked me and left the machinist without any buffs for almost the whole run...

MCH's damage is already so low they may as well be healing the enemy, and these guys all decided they wanted to pass up the opportunity to help their fellow ranged physical out. Damn.

Mch is in a really good place right now. When I see them, they're usually at the top of the DPS list. If anyone's at the bottom, it's bard.

Tfw you spend a whole raid playing res roulette while being insulted by the dragoon and the other DPS for not raising faster... and then at the very end they all shower the RDM with praise. I'm sorry that my co-healer died 8+ times and we couldn't raise you faster but wow, really?
