Wish alliance raids and some 8-person parties just had one healer.

Honestly same, but then I think about all the parties that'd be completely screwed if they got unlucky enough to get a healer that dies to everything.

Not really, they're also trying to find things to do and stop spamming 1111111 because one healer can be enough at times for healing a party. Don't blame the players, blame the game design for not giving healers a more expansive support and DPS toolkit to focus on.

Heck, I couldn't even use rescue in Euphrosyne to pull a seduced party member to safety. There wasn't anything FOR me to do other than wait until they die while spamming my Dosis button. A shame, really. Doubly so when there's RDMs in my party and paying attention to dead bodies on our party.

That's fair, and yeah not being able to rescue people with certain ailments sucks, especially if they're about to get oneshot. Being able to prevent a death feels way better than having to scrape someone off the pavement.


On a funnier note, had a run of Dun Scaith the other day where someone called Diabolos lord of the nerds, to which Diabolos responded by killing the entire raid.

Does anyone else get slightly annoyed by a different alliance's healer healing and ressing your party members? I'm fine with it when everything's going terribly wrong and there's waaaaay too many bodies, but when it's literally just one guy dead and both myself and my co-healer are alive and already on it, it bugs me. Like c'mon dude you're taking away my chance to stop spamming 11111111111 :'(

I'm in a competition to snag that escape-from-1-spam moment too!

I thought it was common practice to use english in content with randoms. Thanks for informing me that i can just speak my mothertongue. I can also completely ignore the auto-translate! Thanks. Will get mad if nobody understands me!

I do not remember when but in Borderline Secure PvP there were 5 or 6 DRK trying to outpull each other on the ramp. Me and a random DRK somehow got pulled into a safety spot and it was so awkward we ended up emote laughing and wave.
The DRKs spamming Salted Earth pretty much reminded Eureka on farming the Monks enemy that would spam Suck attack, It was too stupid but had some laughs

So I'm pretty much convinced that the reason there's no tokens or anything for the araids weekly lockout is because SE enjoys torturing me. Not a single healing item, so guess I get to run it again. Oh, but there's always the chance I could get I could the orchestration rolls or the minion, right? Or maybe the TT card even. That wouldn't be asking for so much.

Second run. No healing items or anything else I want. No minion, no orchestration roll, no TT card.

And to add to all the misery the whole alliance I'm playing with seems to have missed their calling. This is just what I've heard, but apparently there's a shortage of clowns over in the UK. Meanwhile like 75% of my alliance decided to clown it up for free. No, I'm not joking. This isn't a misrepresentation. There were like two cutsceners, but the whole alliance was dropping dead so many times that I feel like I could've made a montage with bodies by drowning pool in the background. The fights were lasting so long that I was seeing combinations of attacks that I haven't seen before, even during my week 1 clear.

There are no official rules for what language you have to speak in game. There IS however, a rule that you have to speak English on the English forums.

So I'm going to say this story, it was probably back in December on Aether I understand I've only been playing since November but it was me my best friend and my girlfriend and this one mentor. Now I don't remember the dungeon I've only done it one time but it's the dungeon where it creates the pitfall between you and him and you have to walk that tightrope to get to him and then bust him out of his thing before this cast finish. Anyways you got three sprouts and a mentor first and so far only time I've done this dungeon so we're doing it and this tightrope mechanic comes up, well everybody fails but my girlfriend but she's brand new to the MMO scene me and my friend have played wow for years vs this is her first MMO. So she figures it out us two and the mentor die.rnd 2 my friend and her get across I get close and notice on my gun breaker then I'm close enough that I can charge to the boss and coming from wow we're jumping gaps is common like on warriors I jump to this boss only to find out there's an invisible wall that prevents that so I fall to my death a 2nd time (touche devs learned my lesson) my girlfriend and friend took it too slow and couldn't do the damage to stop the cast so we wipe. Mentor instant leaves after that. We get a replacement we kill it the next time and finish the dungeon without any more hiccups but I'm sure that mentor did not like us and hated sprouts for a day

So they didn't want to be understood. Fine. Just insult people in another language. Great people. I never said that there is a rule what language you speak but it would be nice to try to use a language everyone in the party understands in party chat. It's called respect, not law. You defend those insults btw. Just spin this about my post. Some people just always want to be white knights /shrug
