How is anyone fine with the 4-month patch delivery schedule?

What are players who aren't going to do Ultimate do for four months in 6.1?

Um..I hate to tell you this, but there are LOADS of other things to do in the meantime. This isnt WOW with a "raid or die mentality", there are a hundred things I can think of to do, and if not, then ill take a break..which is what Yoshi has always suggested.

Wasn't that just extending from 3.5 to 4? I don't recall it saying 4.5.

I've been confused myself. Maybe just going on dates? 6.1 was 4-12, this is late August. So if it's closer to like the 23rd then it could be just about 11ish days.

But weren't the devs just on holiday for a week? I would imagine that 4 months would be 4 months of business weeks, and if the holiday week is taken out that's only about 4 extra days.

Even if they are adding a couple more weeks in there, it's summer. People could be on vacation.

If you can truly finish all the content in short order, just sub for one month then take 3 months off. That'll cut your expense t 1/4. Even if you have a house you need to keep, you will only need one more sub in that time pan.

My order of Fire Emblem Engage will arrive tomorrow so I wrapped everything up today. Got all my savage BiS, got my 100 totems .etc. In the next couple of week I probably log in to run the 24 once a week 'cause I still want some glam, but I'm glad I don't have to "keep up" with it ... considering I already played load of FF14 the last few months so time for a break.
