They constantly tell us in streams that they check the forums for feedback. It's your problem if you choose not to believe. In the current day and age it's unacceptable that we barely see any representative, community manager, that interacts with the playerbase either on this forum or official reddit. Even their mobile game department, War of the Visions has a community manager interacting and responding to feedback. Back when I used to play Brave Exvius there was a SQenix official posting on the non official forums for requests and organizing events. Yet FF XIV, their most profitable and active game in the series, gets nothing of that. No interaction so it's not possible to say if they read or do something with any suggestions made here.
They must look at them. I left the idea of having difficulty settings for solo duties and they added it.
Mods are 3rd party tools. They are strictly prohibited and against ToS. That's why you never hear or see them lol
I mean, this is what EW’s main message is all about right?
Building the strength to carry on even in the absence of it.
Now we need a thread titled "You are not alone".
Not anything having to do with the quest of the same name in EW but the track from FFIX where Zidane falls into depression and discuss how that song is absolutely one of Uematsu's bests.
I think that reading the healer role forums, and comparing that to the state of healers in game is enough proof that the devs do not read the forums.
Devs do not read english forums. Devs get information relayed to them on the regular. Simple truth is - they dont just do whatever community loudly demands they do. There is concious decisionmaking being made in spite of feedback, not due to being unaware of it.
