My Coeurl FC finally switched to it yesterday so it's the first time I'd seen the large. What struck me was the porch doorstep at the very back of the house. Amazing detail for something that will almost never been seen (and a shame that it can't be a legitimate second entry/exit for the interior).

Seeing alot more of these popping up. I personally went with the medium style for my FC house. I love all the lights. I dont care about gardening and covered the off side with a boat over it. Works for now I guess.

Small ones look huge compared to most other small types. many neighbors have them in both my wards.

FYI, for any house model that has a different footprint than the default, you can place items prior to remodelling, or with the default skins, which should allow you to place things like gravel closer to the door. Then remodel to your desired skin and it will overlap the gravel or any other furnishings.
Some furnishings like this may glitch out and 'jump' on top of the portions that take up extra space, but careful placement can circumvent this.

    ^ this for truth!

I used this a lot on the FC house to get some placement right, just using another single basic housing skin to switch back and forth. It is a bit tedious, but worth the effort for the end results.
