all i want is an NA east data center. that's all. i don't know who was asking for an OCE one because the OCE people i knew had no interest in leaving (the only ones i know who have are ones that are southeast asian), they all told me that they grew accustomed to playing at high ping

The Japanese wanted it so we'd get off Tonberry. That's 100% the motivation behind OCE. Unfortunately, SE listened to them that it was the "Australians" that was the issue when really the biggest English community there is SEA.
