Slow process my ass, I undercut arrows for a day to dump my crapton from skillup and got suspended cuz i got reported... BTW, if RMT get tokens, they won't even get suspended. I had to go through a whole stupid process which could have been avoided if I had a token. I appreciate the effort they do make, but YOU'RE DOIN IT WRONG if you suspend regular players on a single report and RMT run free after report upon report.

And asking for an answer outside a stock letter is not being bitter or resentful, this should apply to most locked threads you see. Actual questions that need answered are being given frosting and locked. While thousands of wasted space threads go on for 25+ pages.

Also, what kind of answer are you looking for? Whether they're doing anything about RMT or not? They are. Doesn't mean you won't see more of them. Doesn't even mean the ones you see will be gone a week after you first see them.

No but RMT is always an issue in MMO's and one that is very difficult to stop. I am sure Square will do what they can about it and it really isn't having that much of an affect on the game right now. The only thing you can do is report it. It is just a part of playing these games though i'm afraid.

I like how they are "slow" at dealing with issues like this..yet when they release a bug that people "benefit" off its fixed instantly. I'm sure they have their reasons blah blah don't need to explain it to me etc but come on they need to get some sense of better priority.

Well what Im looking for is something other than a stock letter, and that goes with alot of things they stock letter us with. What exactly do they need to know? They say they ban ppl, but how? We supply them with the info they ask for on the website 50 times and it makes no difference nor do we know why nothing is being done since there is no responce. There will always be rmt and bots and the like and they rely on players to point things out to them, but seriously if they get reports of the same player over and over again from multiple players and we dont hear a peep and we keep seeing that person repeating the same things we are going to wonder whats up. And giving us a stock responce isnt going to cut it
