If only it was that easy xD... I got hooked on housing playing other MMOs and cannot settle for a sub par experience anymore haha

It's pretty easy for me. Though I do understand your frustration. You want to participate in a system and because of the system being implemented terribly you cannot. It's not your fault and unfortunately no amount of moaning on the internet is going to fix it. Their fix was random chance. They still haven't fixed that people can own whole wards. They're morons. So before you raise your blood pressure about it just remember to chill out. Like I said they could delete it overnight and I wouldn't bat an eye.
