This housing shit on Balmung is getting WAY WAY out of hand it's silly.

First-time buyer, I just lost to a known plot hopper with multiple accounts...how is this fair for folks who are doing this legit? make it so that you have to have a verified account (one per person) and if they have multiple accounts only one can be verified (ID, etc.) to validate who they say they are and put an end to the exploits that alot of folks do..and the "but Muh privacy" statement doesn't cut the mustard anymore at this point as it's just a way to hide what most folks already know....

Oh the relocation BS is insanely bad on Balmung. You have HUGE HUGE fc's rolling around with 8-20 members, bidding on plots, wins said plot, then next lottery relocates OFF the plot to prevent people from getting them. Simply cause ''FLUFF YOU''

I even had a troll FC come up to me, with 24 players, to bid on a large 1st round. I told em how many times i had tried, and they felt sorry for me, and left. But still 24 FC members rolling around. AND EVEN THEN they said they had money to bid for a lot more

Honestly - this is the issue with too much gil in circulation; at this point I really think having FC's compete on "private" plots is essentially madness.

what they need to is add new wards ever patch not just say 6.0, 6.1 ect i mean every patch in the xpac and all of the plots sould be largess because lets be real here people want large homes so make it happen SE

A better idea, Lowering the cap of max gil to about 50 mil..more than 10-20 mil your are more than well off for this game...it would lower the prices on everything and put gil back in alot of folks pockets.

I've lived in my small for about 4 years now. And i've tried for a larger house since. 0 luck.

There should be a 90 day cooldown on relocation. I don't see why that would be unpopular. I mean how often are people trying to upgrade? It would just prevent harassers.
