Housing Roulette was an absolute trash idea.

They actually reduced the prices at some point in time.

When the housing in 2.1 launched the prices were different for each world and way more expensive. On the most expensive worlds they startet at 40 mio for a small, 150 mio for a medium and 500 mio for a large.
There was a system in place which reduced the price every few hours. It still was in place until they changed to the lottery system but nobody cared because houses were way too cheap anyway.

With todays inflation these prices seem a lot more reasonable than the 3, 16 and 40 mio we have now.

40 mil for a small doesn't seem reasonable given that nobody wants smalls and there's virtually always a small free in any ward on a non-congested server. You'd turn wards into dead zones overnight.

But given how hotly contested Larges and even Mediums are...

Small: 10 mil
Medium: 40 mil
Large: 200 mil

Sounds about right, and more or less reflects the difference in floor scale.

I also think Larges should be FC only, and have a higher restriction of 10 members. This excludes single-player shell FC's, they'd need at least two other characters form other player/s involved.
