Maybe after everyone else gets a turn to try and get it through a cross promotion. That's what happened after every region got a chance via one for the maid and butter outfits.

Well, originally I was talking about breading a chicken breast with panko crumbs, frying it, and using that in place of the grilled chicken breast in SannaR's sandwich recipe.

BUT

You've piqued my interest. I've never had a katsu sando/sandwich before and I'm always up to trying something new.

I grew up fairly poor and it was instilled in me to never reject a food item without at least trying a few bites first. This resulted in me enjoying a vast array of dishes from different cultures. Finicky is not a word to describe me. LOL

I'm nearly sixty now and so far the only things I truly dislike are those disgusting jello salad mixes which were offered everywhere in the sixties and early seventies.
