I have a private house, but it's -almost- useless.
- I cannot share the house with alts
- I don't have a workshop thus I cannot do submarines or different walls for the house,
- I don't have "chambers" for my subtenants,
- I lose the house if I don't enter for 35 days (no matter if subtenants enter, only the owner resets the demolition),
- I can't decide who enter (or everyone or max 4 characters).


It's a status symbol, nothing more.

For Mao it is place where friends and FC mate gather to socialize and craft. Having house is funs!

ok, but Mao could use the FC house in Goblet for the same purpose, and invite friend/FCmate in his/her private room.

The FC house has every perk a private house has, and more, and the "more" is very interesting.
