Again doesn't matter the intended use in the game it's in, only that it is a thing that is possible.

Again, for the 1000th time of having exactly the same dialogue, I'm not in favor of the devs working on an unnecessary performance option, called in GW2 "LOWEST QUALITY CHARACTER MODELS", when this wasn't even needed in the days of the PS3 being supported. Nor is "LOWEST QUALITY CHARACTER MODELS" being asked for in this thread. They want fashion-toggles that keep high fidelity models.
