Ban Dragoon and DRK from Frontline or At least Nerf Drg's LB

That'd make Sky Shatter even stronger to just wiped out everyone no?

maybe other abilities could wipe people out too if people actually took damage, instead of waiting for only DRG / DRK nukes to clear a team out.
