Sprout Until Endwalker Now Nothing

I've been on FFXIV for about an year now. Was an sprout the entire time regardless of hours. Finally beaten Endwalker about a month ago and the icon is gone. /nastatus commands won't work for some reason. I gained my Trader Mentor icon yesterday and thought the issue was fixed but logged in today and no icon again. I play the game through the FFXIV launcher in case not playing it through Steam is the issue.
