I dunno. I could be with one woman forever and never pop the question just cause I don't like the idea of a traditional marriage. Of course I'm going to be upfront with that so they don't expect that it will be a thing someday when it will not. However when I'm committed I'm going to be all in. Just cause I didn't get it on paper doesn't mean anything to me. She'll be my wife to me.

I have the same mindset. Why should a piece of paper dictate how you feel for someone.

Plus screw traditional. Only wedding worthy is when jaws pops out of the water.

Completely agree, its not a piece of paper or a ring that will make people be exclusive or actually stay in love.

Marriage at the end of the day now is merely a contract with the state now. At least in the west. Any man with logical sense who does their research will wholly understand it is NOT in their favor whatsoever to ever get married in the west. Ladies you're awesome and I know some of you out there are an absolute pleasure to be around. But we didn't make the laws. They were voted in by our legislators that we did or did not vote in. Sensible men now protect their hard-earned wealth and avoid the clear obvious risks of marriage by simply not marrying.

But as Renalt said. You never need a piece of paper to justify your attraction and companionship towards your significant other. I agree with this 100% As I have been in many long-term relationships with great women, and they know full well I will never marry. It just comes down to mutual respect for each other's decisions which is one of the vital pillars for any healthy relationship.

Also, 100% am for finding someone in a game if you both have great chemistry. Birds of a feather flock together. Same goes for people drinking themselves into a stupor at a bar who skipped out on AA the past night because their Grandma was ran over by Rudolph because Santa mixed some extra spice in his hot cocoa which caused his sled to crash on the freeway during Christmas morning which led to the craziest back up in traffic in history.
