I disagree, the numbers being forbidden opens the door for pure feelycraft. Actual numbers would help put a check on people making up fabrications to shift blame away from themselves.

I disagree, you cant genuinely trust people far enough to NOT abuse it to be toxicity anyway. Its like giving a loaded gun to a opo-opo.
