I think Dynamis is in good shape now.

Seraph is already completely out of personal housing plots despite being only slightly more than a month old.

Whereas if you look at the new EU worlds and Materia which are established much earlier than Dynamis, it's still a barren wasteland in their housing districts.

If anything, we should be trying to solve the population issues over there instead and question if there's really a need for a whole new data center on EU next year.

If I remember correctly, EU is working off older hardware that can't handle as many concurrent logins as the hardware for the other regions. It's the concurrent logins that have spurred SE to add the new worlds and data centers. That way we shouldn't have a repeat of Endwalker launch when it's 7.0's turn.
