    The system doesn't work as there is profit to be made. Was looking for house to buy and in FC ward you have 13 Plots taken by FC's tagged <HS> how is that possible? Well they just added numbers to FC name and took 13 plots. And before someone says its a big FC, no those are small 3-4 dead souls FC just so they can occupy the plots. If/When ward that includes those plots will be converted so private buyer can get a chance to get them, they will probably sell them for nice gil. So for now im in 40 people lottery again.

    What does reselling it have to do with the ward changing from FC to private buyers? You can't convert an FC-purchased plot to a private. They can resell it to a solo FC-buyer though and they can do that right now.

    After 30 days, you can't transfer eladership to a new member of an FC they have to be there for 30 days.

    Yeah, honestly it feels like apartments can solve most of their problems, if they just make new, bigger apartments that cost more. Add some kind of new housing item that lets you do gardening indoors (even if it's just a 2x2) and I think you have a better recipe for success.

    Yeah. Plus, BLU, WAR, and a few other classes can fairly easily solo the lvl 60 and lvl 70 map dungeons. I usually focus on lvl 70 maps and either sell them or use them, depending on if I want to spend the time clearing them. Hidden Canals has several rare pets in them and can be very, very lucrative.

    I have to agree, I always see the same 5-6 people upset any time cracking down on multiple home ownership is brough up, but this is prety unacceptable. That's pretty clearly an RMT gil farm someone is setting up to run subs on. Maybe they'll sell the houses and transfer ownership, maybe they'll keep them all and keep running subs to farm gil, but there really needs to be action from SE to step in and crack down on this kind of abuse of the system, especially with such a shortage of housing like we've had for the last few years.
    I'm not against the lottery system, but the housing system definitely is beyond broken and the glue that SE keeps putting on to keep it together isn't doing what it used to.

    No it's not lol Why do people assume that multi-owners are breaking the ToS? Let me rephrase that. Why do people who hate on multi-owners assume that the people who own the plots are doing something so nefarious such as RMT. You have absolutely no evidence that's the case but you have no issue trying to assert your assumption as a fact.

    Because they are usually either RMT sellers on discord, farming subs for RMT gil sales, or just a greedy asshole. They shouldn't be allowed to own an entire ward and that shouldn't be a hot take.

    You seem to be awfully offended at the statement that RMT is bad and housing shouldn't be hoarded when there's a limited supply. One FC owning an entire ward is unacceptable. One person owning multiple houses is unnacceptable when there's not enough for everyone. It shoudln't be some hot take to say that. Maybe you're the one who needs to go touch grass if you feel the need to come to the housing forums just to defend your decision to have multiple houses.
