If it makes you feel better I ended up tanking yesterday in Dun Scaith as PLD. First boss I get doom and the healers never cleanse me nor the other dps that had Doom. We die and they start to run around like headless chickens before slowly raising us. Third round of Doom goes out, and another set of dps die. One of the dps that died spoke up about them needing to Esuna Doom.

No, wait, people probably took Esuna off their hotbars again and didn't remember you can cleanse blue-bar debuffs. No, wait, it was probably toxic of the dps to ask the healers to actually cleanse Doom.

Or in the same run, I had to Clemency myself multiple times on Connla and Diabolos Hollow because the healers were just...standing there spamming Medica 2 over and over in Narnia and just flat-out ignoring me. Eventually I keel over on Diabolos Hollow (HG's too long of a cooldown, and I only have so many mits, SE plz DX) but I did manage to save that other tank that wasn't getting healed from their party either.

After that run I told myself to just go on alliance as a healer from now on. I can't trust any random healers anymore as a tank or dps.

Your experiences never fail to amaze me. But then again sounds like routine for DS. This is why I think all dps, like bard, should have a dispell skill lol

But here comes the dilemma. If you queue as healer then chances are the tanks in turn will be horrible. There is no winning in there.

Of course, now that ive said all this I'm bound to get a couple runs of all first timer tanks and healers where everything that can go wrong does. Cant imagine not clearing though. If ive farmed an entire mogtome event out of just Orbonne, i can do it out of Dun Scaith too.

But here comes the dilemma. If you queue as healer then chances are the tanks in turn will be horrible. There is no winning in there.

At least on healer I can quickly hit Esuna and get it off people and ensure people don't die unless they eat vuln stacks. Because when people are dead they do no dps. First boss actually has a soft enrage that I've actually seen twice. Whole floor becomes death wherever you stand.

After a total of close to 6 hours in the queue for Kugane Ohashi, I finally get to progress my Hildibrand quest. The queue popped 3 times, with the first two times failing by 1 person. So I guess the average queue time for this trial was 2 hours.

I found the best way to do this is to unsync it all you need are 3 people to do it. I use party finder and ask for help with a clear and usually doesn't take long to get help.

It's unfortunate that this is the best way to get those done, but after a certain point of waiting for a queue to pop, it is definitely a better option. Plus, putting that you are looking for help clearing it unsync will get a pretty quick fill since there is the first time bonus that some people will be incentivized by.
