The team does take the consideration on the communities ideas, criticisms, and concerns. But, never like 100%, which would have like no consideration to the overall job balance and job design goals

Ewwwwwww, it's all glowwy again!

Considering the amount of feedback since Stormblood that has been ignored, we're closer to 0% than 100%.
For example:
-Hypercharge on stack
-more flexibility on Barrel Stabilizer
-more control over the Automaton Queen
-something to do with Flamethrower
-Wildfire doing splash damage
Those are very common feedback that exists since 5.0.
6.X new actions (Chain saw and Crown collider) are going the opposite way of the community feedback.
The rework answered to 2 feedback:
-Wildfire being less the core of the kit and the damage variance being reduced
-A button to manually trigger the overheat.
But they completely skipped the ping problems and didn't touched Flamethrower.

With the state of the jobs going into both ShB and Endwalker, I'd like for them to change their job design goals from "one gcd, one DoT and one AoE" to "actual fun video game experience".

their are 18 jobs in the game pick one to play until they fix mch its not the end of the world.

You clearly miss the point.
People are already playing other jobs than MCH.
The problem is that this scenario has been going on since Stormblood.
SQEX overbuffed then abandoned the MCH during Stormblood, never updating its clunky mechanics.
Then, threw a rework for Shadowbringers fixing a good portion of clunky mechanics and abandoned the MCH once again.
Endwalker update felt like "Here's a shotgun and flying pizzas as a chain saw, now buzz off".
The DPS buffs are welcome but doesn't make the MCH as valuable as DNC/BRD and it seems the balance team can't understand it.
For 3 MCH there's 4 BLM, that's how the MCH playerbase has diminished because of a rework that isn't satisfying or rewarding.
Done. Gave ShB MCH a try for 2 tiers and an Ultimate in ShB, got sick of how dumbed down and shallow it is and then moved to BLM.
Played BLM for 3 tiers and an Ultimate. Now sick of BLM, but there's no job that gives as much depth as BLM anymore aside from BLU.
What now?
this is the popular remedial response I absolutely despise, ff14 players have all to much faith and patience for devs that have continuously been giving less and less support and have been shrinking jobs more and more.
“Theirs really not much you can change with the MCH”

Where is the ambition?

huh this Goerge person went from trolling Samurai's to trolling another job with apparenlty the same opinions... getting my like Jirah for what its worth.
