Running the same thing over and over is a good way to burn out. There's a lot more to enjoy when you mix things up and see who gets blasted by what or gets the SQEX office lobbed at them.
I have a sense of adventure but running the same pool of alliance raids is going to get tiring either way. I'd rather just get in and out in 15-20 minutes than potentially spend 40-60 minutes clearing that last Nier raid (especially that one) because nobody ever knows what to do.
