Contrarian Dodo, hehehe, been on the forums too long, but the MSQ dungeons can stay as is. I remember being new, getting to this point, and being absolutely disappointed with the ending because I missed everything that was happening. I kind of resented the game because of that. No one new needs to experience what I experienced and it's fine as is. You know what you're getting into when you queue up for that - long ass cutscenes and an exp bonus.

It's pretty sad when the 8 man variant existed, the answer to the problem was just "lol, just watch the CS in the inn!". I'm not 100% happy with the solution but considering what the problem was, I can easily see why the devs did what they did.
