Also, way to out yourself. All it takes is a pvp match for the slurs to start coming out? Good thing all you're allowed to do is spam quickchat at people or we'd all know your problematic views.

Well you're the one who revealed yourself to be a bottom damager first by complaining that you frequently get these quickchat spams, champ. It's almost always the bottom damagers that will complain about this stuff. It's very easy for me to read stuff from people on the forums regarding pvp, and know whether or not they're a complete anchor or not in every pvp match. Stop being a snowflake. It's pvp. Toxicity always happens. Just deal with it. Just because you're in FFXIV doesn't mean you're safe from the rage of other players who are begging you to press buttons properly. If it's too unpleasant, just take a break from it. Or you man up, go to a discord to ask for advice from other dedicated PvPers, and just get better. Trust me. You'll see quickchat spams less.
how could you say that without even seeing their stats? lmaoWell you're the one who revealed yourself to be a bottom damager first by complaining that you frequently get these quickchat spams, champ. Probably because they made it really obvious. Although, they can choose to prove me wrong my queue syncing with me in casuals so I can take a little peek at what they're actually doing in matches to see why they frequently get quickchat spammed. They also mentioned that they don't see the quickchat spammer after that match. It's not because they got banned. They probably stopped queueing in matches to dodge the player! LOL!
Happens all the time in ranked or even casual. "Ah, so the GMs just auto-ban people who spam auto-chat. That's why I don't ever get matched with that person over and over." No, mate. They're just dodging you.
edit: This is also for Professor Yinny. Also to add. Although it is against TOS to misuse quickchat by spamming it. It's a lot more harder to ban other players who do it. Because as long as you limit yourself to 3 x "Nice jobs" and "Good match", GMs don't really see it as an issue. However, you will get banned for 20 x "Nice jobs", they will POSSIBLY get banned. Does that make sense? You'd be surprised how easy it is to avoid ban in pvp. I have watched scummy little critters cheat and win-trade in PvP, people have reported them with video evidence, and they still have not been banned and kicked off the leaderboard. Why is this? GMs simply don't care enough. So don't think that the people who dodged you, Professor Yinny, got banned. They're just skipping your game.
I've had an issue myself with how GMs neglect PvPers. They do not ban enough griefers and cheaters in the game, how would you expect them to ban the toxic ragers? It's not gonna happen. They do almost nothing. Their statement on actions taken against toxic players feels more like a bluff more than anything.

A screenshot or playing with them would indeed prove whether or not they are bad but calling them out without any kind of proof is something the whole 'Guilty untill proven innocent but even if you are, you're still guilty' people would do, not only that i have gone through this multiple times and have been on the top of the leader board with best dps or time on objective. the fact you are trying to dismiss the person and insult them like this tells me alot about your skill level and you as a person.
k, we'll pretend you're right and I'm a very small dps. We're pretending I don't just SUCK at this game, I'm the WORST at this game. No one is worse at this game than me. Is it okay for a person to spam quickchat as a response to me sucking at the game, but trying my hardest?
You're arguing it's okay to harass people who play poorly because they play poorly.
Trying isn't good enough in this great value overwatch. You're gonna get spammed if you are bringing up the bottom of the scoreboard, int'ing to the payload to stall it for one second if that or dying with full mana.
I've long since come to the conclusion that people like them are why they add an ignore function to the message boards. I don't understand the point of coming to a message board just to be toxic and fling turds at people, but... oh well, that's what they seem to be focused on.k, we'll pretend you're right and I'm a very small dps. There's many, many reasons to be frustrated with your teammates in CC. It's still never grounds to harass them for any reason.
As the great Ilya Bryzgalov said, "is only game, why you have to be mad?"

Yes. Because if your best includes you not pressing recup/purify, doing no damage even though pvp rotations are braindead as shit, not falling back and regrouping when being requested to thus constantly staggering the team where it's unwinnable...if that's your best after 200+ games, you're obviously not taking the time to actually learn. You're showing you're too stubborn to learn from mistakes and you're doing the same thing over and over again expecting better results. Being new is fine since we've all been there, but I've seen so much pvp enthusiast who stay bad because they don't like to take criticism, they're too stubborn to change things up and be a team player, and they're so entitled that they expect people to carry them since they know Yoshi P will protect their stubborn ways, playing the dice roll game of who gets the better teammates. People spamming you quickchats is them telling you to get a bloody grip.k, we'll pretend you're right and I'm a very small dps. It's even more embarrassing to be bad at pvp, because Yoshi P has instructed the team to make new pvp as braindead easy as possible because he wants to babysit the snowflake FFXIV players who can't handle old pvp. It should be hard to be bad at pvp if you play it a lot.
We hate losing to other players, and we especially hate it when we know it's clearly not our fault and there is the usual deadbeat anchor that poisons the team and we know that our fate is sealed on getting a loss unless we're so lucky that the other team has an even worse teammate. Don't be surprised you get called out for it. You're in Aether data center for christ sake! Why are you so surprised this happens? It's going to happen if pvp players know who you are, and know how bad you play, because it is niche content. We will remember the worst players and we will remember the best players. It's a small world.
Oooh, didn't expect the double down, but... k, now back to my original point. Wouldn't you be happier chewing me out with actual words instead of just quickchat messages?Yes.
