I want to fight a GM in pvp but am not sure where to start to get ahold of one

Like the title says, im looking to fight a Game Master, 1v1, in the wolfsden, in a round of pvp. Why you might ask? Because after lookin on the web (for like 5 secs lol) I have not found a single person over the course of 10 years willin to throw hands with a GM. So if ya got any info that might be helpful in getting in contact with a GM, that would be much appreciated.

Basically, you can't fight a GM. It's impossible.

This is because GMs are support staff for SE to watch over the balance of the game, such as helping with players getting stuck in scenery or issues of harrasment/hacking/cheating, they're not development team members' own personal characters and so cannot interact gameplay wise with players, as that is not their point. And even if you could, they have special gear unique to them ('Judge' equipment) that has a special effect that makes them completely untargetable and invincible to enemies anyway.

Annoying one with frivilous calls or requests will just get your character a one way ticket to a nice roomy cell in Mordion Gaol, and rightly so, if not an outright suspension on your account, and if you still keep hassling them, they may even ban you permenantly and delete your character completely.

Having said that, GMs are very polite and understanding if you're polite to them and call them for a legitimate reason though, but simply wanting to fight one for lulz is not a legitimate reason.

If you still wish to contact a GM, and I stress, contact them only for a legitimate reason such as encountering harrasment or falling through scenery and getting stuck and cannot move, the GM call function is found in the main System menu. And after calling one, they may not actually physically appear in front of you, but only send you a /tell message, but you're still expected to follow their directions or commands, regardless of what you think, even if you called one for a legitimate reason and did nothing wrong yourself. Failure to do so will get you sent to Mordion.

Usualy this split is done deliberately, otherwise a GM cannot realy experience the game as they should. And this playing is important because there no more reliable way of testing, then to be at the same level as actual players. Anonimity is a key part here. The moment everyone knows you are a GM, people will just keep begging or focus you in PvP games. You dont want this sort of things to happen.

Sure, they can sometimes give themselve a few additional things, but usualy this is something that they wont do. Frustrations they face as a player are the exact sort of info they need to know for QoL improvements. (and if they do, you obviously wont know)

I remember once when playing Tera online I had a GM in the dungeon party. It was pretty weird. I'm pretty sure in pvp you wouldn't even be able to do any dmg to a GM with what gear they get. Good luck getting one to pvp with you.
