WHM's Lily heals should be unlocked much earlier.

Eh, it's kind of irrelevant when the current Lily system unlocks because Afflatus Rapture and Solace add nothing to the healing kit that you didn't already have in Cure II and Medica.

The system just needs to be re-imagined into something that's actually interesting.

It also would just benefit from more tools in general, which moving the current very vanilla actions to much lower levels would open up room to. I think it would much healthier for WHM anyway to refresh its GCD healing library and make both generating and using lilies a bigger part of WHM's design.

One such concept I had that I think would work well is removing Regen and Medica II as they are and add a new lily spell that causes your next GCD heal--any GCD heal to also apply a 250 potency regen on single target heals, or a 150 potency regen on AoE heals. This prunes some of the GCD healing bloat WHM has (despite not actually being a bloated job), restores regens back to being a party of WHM's gameplay that it desires rather than tries to avoid, and creates a "healing combo" of sorts with buttons that actually interact, even if only lightly.
