You'd murder somebody if you had a 100% chance of never being in trouble?Tbf even if you play copyrighted music, there's no way of them telling unless someone actually records you, the clip goes viral and happens to get Square in trouble with whoever owns the song. Otherwise there's literally no consequence for it because they don't track it themselves, so no one actually really follows those rules. XD
If someone is gonna have rules for something then at least make them realistically enforceable or people will just loophole that without thinking twice.
You just said that the rules don't matter if your not in trouble, we're just quibbling over how far you'll go.
