Bonus tip: If you open your quest journal, you can switch from the active to the completed tab. On this tab if you find the last quest you did for the class(or any other story chain), then at the bottom of the quest description it should tell you where you left the NPCs at. Not needed for class or MSQ quests, as you have the indicator that was listed above. But if you start a side-quest chain and put it down for awhile, this can be used to quickly get back on track.
Funny story that... I actually thought of that and found the completed quest. Scrolled to the VERY bottom (skipping all the quest text) and pulled out my hair with the very unhelpful "*The next gunbreaker question will be available from Radovan upon reaching level 63."Bonus tip: If you open your quest journal, you can switch from the active to the completed tab. To make matters worse, I even noticed the OTHER asterisked note that said, "*In order to travel to Ul'dah, you must first complete the main scenario quest 'The Grand Envoy.'" and thought, ok but I don't need to got Ul'dah... I need to go to Radovan.
Now, after reading your very helpful bonus tip, I went back and read the line above that travel asterisk and found exactly the clue that may have helped jog my memory - "As they intend to broaden their horizons, Sophie and Radovan suggest moving on to Ul'dah to seek out their next client." *Le sigh*
