Rez macros that actually raise someone feel useless to me, I'm going to react to a swiftcast next to my cohealers name faster than a chat message in the middle of combat

actual useful rez macros would be things like "I'll raise <mo>/<t>" which can tell your cohealer that you've got it covered and to not waste their resources (especially good for ASTs, since they're the most busy healer and can't always immediately raise someone but have the best mana econ and lowest GCD damage, so rezzing someone will be a smaller loss than other healers) and "Cannot currently raise, MP:<mpp> Swift CD:<recast.swiftcast>" which can tell your cohealer you can't currently raise someone and notify them of your MP and swiftcast cooldown (if you cohealer knows whats up it's probably a good idea to remove everything except the things in <> to make it faster to read)

interesting, don't have any issues raising people on any healer, the 'AST is the busiest healer and can't always immediately raise' - that's the first time anyone has ever brought that up, it should be a non-issue,

Regarding the other messages, it's quite easy to tell if my co-healer has raise on cd on CD or is running low on mp, personally I wouldn't need or want to read messages in chat to see that, not unless they had a real emergency.

might just be me but AST feels a lot busier, with cards, Lord and Earthly Star taking up weave spots you might have to wait a good few GCDs before raising someone if you're trying to keep your own DPS optimal

its definitely easy to tell if your cohealer is low on MP if you're paying attention to it, not everyone is so might as well put it on there but I guess it wouldn't change much if you remove it just make it a swift CD macro
the swiftcast thing is mostly for scuffed runs where I don't know whether I should hardcast raise or not since I don't really track other people's swift cooldowns (and they likely aren't tracking mine)

    I have them.

One for general purpose, and another embedded with somewhat quippy remark to be used at anybody who had died more than 3 times in a short timespan. But I only use any of them once per target then I quickly replace the macro with a regular raise/ascend/res/egeiro, 2.5s GCD is plenty enough time to do that. The only one that annoys me are the ones specifically made to flood the alliance/shout chat. Other than raising folks outside their own group when it's absolutely required, honestly I have no clue why one would do that.

I don't think AST is anywhere busier vs other healers in term of finding opportunities to hardcast raise. I do notice most people tend to mistaken a 'healer waiting 15s or less for swiftcast to come off cooldown' as 'healer trying to find good time to raise'.
