Raiton is 650 potency, Doton is 480 potency. You would be better off using Raiton and there are no instances in that fight where Alex is untargetable and you have the chance to pre cast Doton.
I'm not arguing that Raiton is the better skill for Single Target, my point is that you cannot move while time is stopped and only the Doton DoT actively ticks even in stopped time ^^
Sure, what he's saying though is that if you can use Doton, you can use Raiton and it's better to use Raiton. It's not like you can cast Doton but not Raiton in that instance.
Using doton in that scenario is a dps loss regardless though so its a moot point if it still ticks in time stop. Even more so if it means losing a raiton during a buff window.
