I can't stay away from Factorio myself.
THE FACTORY MUST GROW!
I bounce between 14, WoW, GW2/Swtor, and an offline game. Lately I have been playing the new God of War but my youngest wants us to play Pokemon Scarlet and Violet as a family so thats in my future.
They announced their making Dogma 2 but that's all the news that's been released currently, I'm hoping for 2023 release but who knows when it'll come out, I'm just glad they made an official announcement that they are currently working on Dragons Dogma 2.Hopefully they are making a Dragon's Dogma 2, but Crimson Desert, if it ever comes out, look earily similar to Dragon's dogma combat system, but much more next gen.
I really thought that after Dragon's Dogma innovation on boss climbing and weak points, we would get rid of hitting huge bosses in the toes like in the witcher or even elden ring / souls game to kill giants... Still and 8 years of gaming later, same old of same stupid giant killing hitting foots.
I've seen a vid on crimson desert but I don't remember it, there is a game being worker on called arise of the awakener or something similar to that title that looks like Dogma, has climbing and all that.
Magic Archer & Ranger were my fav jobs in Dogma.
I am switching in between Icarus and FFVIX at the moment whenever i have time to play. Icarus have just released the open world map so i am enjoying that![]()
No other game comes close and I don't get tired of FFXIV. Sometimes I go to limsa to get juiced up by dancing or listening to area chat. Sometimes I look at something interesting to craft that requires, gathering or some interesting additive that isn't normal, such as a treasure map mat or workshop mats. Housing keeps me interested. The island keeps me interested and when I do all that a new patch is coming and I get excited about that. I don't turn my back on FFXIV like some of yall do. I refuse to betray the best game of our time by playing something that will never ever be as good. Please rephrase the post (What's your go-to game when you are suffering from Burnout?) to What's your to-to-game ( if ) you are suffering Burnout because most players don't suffer burnout only a small percentage.

I don't get burn out. Not because I'm not susceptible to it. Everyone is. I just don't let myself get to that point with MMOs anymore. If I finish work for the day and think "Hmm, I don't really think I want to XIV tonight" then I just don't XIV that night. Even when I have dailies. I just think to myself "No biggie. I just won't get that daily for today"
I don't have a go-to game. Sometimes it's my most recent JRPG that I spend time on that night, sometimes an old Assassin's Creed game, sometimes a book or anime or manga. I indulge in whatever strikes my fancy when it's not XIV, then partake in just what I enjoy when I do log into XIV.
