    Few "solutions" that could be potentially be inspired of since gearing multiple jobs is almost impossible without making an alt :

    less books for gear and especially augments (1 month to get +10ilv on a single accessory is ridiculous)
    900 tomestone cap (or simply reduce price)
    make savage farmable in a way (killing boss gives pages which u can trade for books? idk)

    Current gearing system is terrible and needs a big change, it's been bad for so long but more jobs are being released and I doubt anyone wants to stick to 1 job for a whole tier, I personally don't
