I picked up a nice medium in LB, so am very happy for a residence while I am on that DC helping my FC members who moved.

My neighbors are lovely and friendly, and seemed very happy to have their various homes. A lot of good community spirit in the ward after they won.

Partner and I got LB 46/47 as a pair. Couldn't be happier with it and it feels like we have our own corner of the ward to ourselves. Calling it "our estate" with the medium being our main house and the small our guest.

On Maduin, it feels like 100% of the people who placed a bid got their home. Every plot I checked personally just for fun had NO competition on them, and all of them had at least 1 bid. We got a Large on plot 60 in Empy, very happy day today for this server as a whole I wager! (Never seen such politeness with bids on a server before honestly, people went out of their way to not double bid)
This coming from mateus where each home had 5-600 bids each time, its freaking euphoric.

Ours had 2 bids but it was me + wife bidding to be sure we got it, apparently that was overkill lol

My friend got super lucky. She won the same plot as yours on her Maduin character.... and then went on to win a longshot bid on a medium in Balmung as well!

I also tried for that plot and did not win.
But I'm in no position to complain, as my ambitious bids on a small, medium, and large on the other 3 Dynamis servers paid off. I just bid on the plots early on, but as I expected, competition joined in for every single one of my lotteries. I was pleasantly surprised that 3 out of the 4 lotteries rolled a 1.

It's for two reasons imo: the idea of helping a new datacenter take shape & housing since all five districts were completely fresh with new plots.

It was pretty much insanely easy to get a house, there are still smalls and mediums up for bid on my server even now. So a lot transferred just for that.

The LB 11/41 went into 3's but yeah, on SS tier it's expected. I really did notice how Maddy was great for people being nice. The mood in my new ward was awesome as people took their homes. I quite like Maddy. It's a good server with many nice people.

OMG well done Pablo! The mist 5/35 is awesome, that Goblet is the best and is on my list to get one day, maybe as one of my FCs coming up in a few weeks, have to think still and show the FC members the many options, and you got the beachside mist

I got my favorite Med Spot in Empy! Marilith here, and people were very respectful of biddings too! I had a sweet interaction with another player when I was placing my bid on the Med. Told them the same plot in the subdivision was unclaimed thus far, wished each other good luck, and they went to place their bid over there.

They got their med too! Very very happy for them!
