Problem with the primals Bluray and SE shipping

Don't know where to post elsewhere but i need to vent this and maybe give a suggestion/compliment to the primals.
I finally got my hands on the latest Primals concert, after the one i pre-ordered from square got lost in mail, had to get it from ebay at a lot more money, at least square gave me the money back, but i would love for square to have some better shipping in EU...ok rant over back to the topic.
I can hear the guitar when its plugged in and they just talk, the buzz from it. Which yes the title is wrong, its more of a congrats to the mixing team. To be able to hear the actual sound of the idle guitar is something i never heard before, so congrats to the team.
So basically, congrats to the recpording team they did an amazing job, you can hear stuff that you should not in a normal equipment but can hear if you have the right equipment(I'm using a pair of 70s headphones, my HD600 didn't pick this up but those old headphones did), but please square, fix your shipping...i dont want to pay almost double the price again to get something i pre-ordered, just so you will lose it in shipping and i have to buy it from ebay....
ok sorry, was just annoyed and amazed about this blu-ray, delete or move if not allowed, i just needed to vent some steam regarding the stupid SE shipment, and say how amazing the mixing team is.

unfortunately, SE does not run the world. So anything they hand off to a shipping company, is totally the problem of the shipping company.

this is no different than you shipping something with FedEx or whatever companies you have in your region. The shipping company delivers it to Bolivia, or drops it out of an airplane and the recipient blames YOU. the problem isnt you, the problem is the carrier. the only way it would be your problem is if you hopped on a plane or bus to deliver it yourself.

can blame SE for many things, but this isnt one of them. sorry
