Update the Job Quests

I agree that the job stories need an overhaul, much like the jobs from ARR and HW themselves. I think the original classes to jobs system is outdated and the HW job quests (crafters too) are just way, way too grindy. A simple system to help new players more into the game would be awesome. The MSQ is grindy enough.
