S-Rank mobs needs a invulnerability buff on S-RANKs

People need to stop waiting more than 5 minutes to pull an S rank to wait for people off world to show up. Just get to the ones you can and don't worry about others.

What's the big deal in waiting, show some class and respect to your fellow players.
