You are incorrect. I'm going to assume that you don't partake in much house decorating.

Considering there are pillars/ wall designs from the other house areas such as the lavender beds, the mists and the goblet- there has yet to be an implementation of such for the Empyreum

Plenty, the base walls you get is the design of the house if you chose mist, shiro, lavender, goblet or ishgaard housing.

If it is a matter about replacing the entire design NOT using the design at all from eg the mist or the likes, then what is the point other than proving can't handle the very base of everything, you got to make due with items and when it all comes to it, you need to work with what you got, otherwise house decoration is a lost cause as well as showing a lack of creativity.
