Can't there be a blacklist option for certain duties you don't want? They could make a whole system for it, for example you could gain blacklist points from something like mentor roulette or being an adventurer in need, and expend them once per queue. idk just spitballing here.

That defeats the purpose of a roulette. If you want to do specific raids, you can pick 5 for your own personal roulette. There are other ways to get the xp and tomestone rewards you want, if that's the goal.
