MNK was a selfish DPS and wasn't meta.
BLM was like today, selfish.
SMN was a selfish DPS if I remember well?

HW Late meta was to stack MCH, BRD, DRG and NIN, the 4 DPS that brought rDPS support.
MNK, BLM and SMN were benched.
