Will we see another limited job?

I wouldn't mind more jobs out of the current gameplay loop Going around killing random stuff as a BLU was fun and something like a Beastmaster where you could go around taming enemies and leveling them would be fun even though you couldn't do MSQ/endgame raiding with it

BLU has been practically left untouched by the Devs and Players for far more than a year

Just a reminder that BLU always had updates ever since its inception. It's just that is once every expansion during the designated patch.

As per the OP, I hope they do, if they are able to produce a sustainable activity cycle with it, which is probably the only bad aspect for BLU right now. for example, Beastmaster being a pokemon-esque combat system.

As someone who usually loves Blue Mage in previous FF titles, I absolutely do not want anyone to see their favourite job get sidelined into a glorified mini game... limited jobs have been a mistake (see missing updates on BLU). That could have been our 4th proper cast job but alas...

I believe limited jobs still have potential though BLUs implementation was poor and not worth the loss of a future BLU job.

A powerful freelancer job designed around solo content would be exciting, other than that though I can't think of much that wouldn't just repeat the same mistakes of BLU

Sure I can see more limited jobs being a thing, just not likely in Ew, they already had to hault Blu development to get Ew out and catch up post covid, so probably in the future, Beastmaster, Puppetmaster, something original, w/e they decide.

A freelancer job like u mentioned would be awesome, I'd like it to have multiple weapons to choose from, kinda like how whm and blm could use certain shields back in arr, give us a slew skills to obtain like BLU got but also have 2 or weapon choices.

I'd like it it to be crazy OP as well, it's a solo job so let us go insanely wild.

BLU is likely to see updates just once an expansion cycle to catch it up to the previous tier's content. There's been talk of another mode for them to participate in.

As for another limited job, nobody knows. I don't see there being room for another.
