    Could just add an npc that lets you exchange raid gear from 1 role/job to another, feel like that'd be the simplest way of going about without making raid gear flat out quicker to get. Though they really should at the very least quicken tome gear n' add more options for upgrade mats...

    It sounds simple, but it's actually more work to put that in every time. I suggested gear and achievement checks because they already have these kinds of checks in place on various NPCs. You get a free set for putting in the work on a main job. Now you have that flexibility you're after.
