    exactly, and that's the only way to actually stop this kinda thing
    if every dungeon you do someone tells you "hey you should use multi-target attacks" then even the most stubborn players will either start using AOEs or go on here/Reddit and complain about elitism, the former is preferred but if it's the latter then I can make fun of them which is also fun
    this is gonna sound obvious, but we need to normalize giving new players tips on how to play their job properly

    I used to try and correct things in dungeons often until someone told me to 'stop yelling at them' and 'telling them how to play' when I offered basic advice (cycle CDs 1 by 1 and use AoEs on 3+ Targets) when they seemed to be struggling. I also have been a witness to people telling people tips in a totally innocuous manner, just to get people trying to argue with them.

    Ideally, yeah, I'd be down for normalizing offering tips, but it often, at least in my case, is more trouble than it's worth. I still offer tips sometimes, but then immediately bail out of the tab that has pt chat to avoid a potential headache.
