The tryhard elitist is the person who is going to finish their 5 pieces on this created to be beaten """"challenge"""" and then complaint that the baby, slower or less dexterous person are a problem which not only is toxic but indirectly implies that doing this basic created to be beaten task faster is an """achievement""" of """great skill""" which helps to falsely boost the elitist's self worth as that is their true motive, if challenge was truly their desire they would relish in the chance to do more than the rest.
The healthy person on the other hand will either let people finish their part or assist them for their self worth does not depend on solving basic puzzles created to be beaten, aka as a video game.



Defibrillator wouldn't be used
If a healer died, it would be up to the other healer to res.
If both healers died, then you'll most likely wipe anyway.
I'm also bothered as a res would fit DNC/BRD much better than MCH.
Other than that, I'm mostly wondering how a Flare Gun would help dealing more damage but BRD sings and DNC just dances so... Maybe not that much of a stretch.
Something I would like of MCH would be a rotation between tools such as Flamethrower and Chainsaw, replacing the basic 1 2 3 for Flamethrower GCDs or Chainsaw GCDs.
A bit like reaper but instead of a scary avatar, you get scary big guns.
One thing I would also love would be the return of turrets but on the support side. Bishop could shield, Rook could heal.
Oh and upgrade Automaton Queen to ARK and gives it interactions.

I've always wondered what this game could do with a group teleport effect. Like perhaps use your flare gun to create an extraction point that lets your team get to safety on another part of the arena. It's one of those things that could situationally lead to some interesting cheese, but would be really difficult to design in a consistent way.

Ahah, at that point, it's mostly a rez since DNC/BRD already have all the rest of the support. Wouldn't be against a switch around, but it would imply more change.

And they soooorta already have a teleport mechanic with Blue Mage (and all the limitations that come with it), so it's not like it's something new! It's closer to ''quick automatic travel'', but you aim where you want to go.

Idk why they would react that badly, when both RDM and SMN's raises come at the expense of potency. Mostly 1 GCD worth of potency, and even more unlikely for SMN who actively uses Swift on their rotations (thus having to hard cast the spell)... They would just need a calculation to equate more or less that expense translated to battery gauge.
Honestly, I have a hot take on rezzes: They should just create a variation of phoenix down, a consumable usable in battle with 5min recast time. This way, the Raises would become just a more practical version of that, a job perk instead of a job staple that weights in their dps.

Ah, indeed... But those are two different issues, though. Judging by what was said during the LL I think MCH will get damage buffs, but I think is more unlikely for new actions until 7.0, which overall might shift things around everyone, performance wise.
